- Go for regular Blood pressure Check
- Stay off cigarette
- Maintain a healthy weight (Check at BMI Check)
- Check your lipid profile level and keep it low
- Exercise frequently( do exercise at least 30 minutes everyday and at least 5 days a week.The exercise does not have to be strenuous; it can be simple jogging,brisk walking and skipping etc)
- Reduce alcohol intake, if you must take alcohol, do not take more than 1 bottle per day(women) and 2 bottles per day for men. Another rule,if you must drink instead take red wine.
- Reduce red meat intake.Everyday barbecue is not advisable.
